How many children can you face paint for in an hour?
On average, 10-12 advanced designs can be completed within a one- hour time frame. For public events, we can offer a variety of small and less-detailed designs to accommodate more participants.
Are our materials safe?
We exclusively use professional, certified paint and products designed to be safe and hypoallergenic for the skin. We pay close attention to proper hygiene, using one sponge per child and sanitizing hands and brushes to ensure the best possible experience.
What do you need for the setup?
Ideally, if you can provide approximately 1-2 square meters of flat surface and a shaded area for setup. Our artists will bring their own chairs and a table. The setup process takes up to 10 minutes. For outdoor events, please inform us in advance if there is no shaded or sheltered area, and we can provide a gazebo for sun/rain protection at an additional cost.
Is there anyone you can’t paint at the event?
For safety reasons, we cannot paint individuals with skin conditions or anyone who has a contagious illness. Additionally, we do not paint children who are unwilling to be painted.
Do the face painting artists at Besparkling Face Painting have public liability insurance and police clearances required to work with children?
Yes, we have public liability insurance of up to $30,000,000 and all the necessary police clearances. Certificates of currency and WWCC clearance can be provided upon request.
How do I make a booking?
To secure your booking, a non-refundable $20 deposit is required.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining balance will be due on the date of your event. Payments can be made by card, cash or via bank transfer.
For corporate business bookings the full invoice must be paid prior to the day of the event.
Can I cancel or change the date/time after making a booking?
We always strive to be flexible as unforeseen situations can occur. However, we cannot guarantee alternative availability for another time or date. Please notify us in advance regarding any changes, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged at full cost.
